I had this today and didnt know what was happening, all my mods are gone but they are in my libary, and when I try to download them they give me that message and completely dissapear, sad thing is I cant find those mods again. I could add any mod for one day and then the next it decided to stop working. Off and on all the time. Yeah same can't download any mods but can use the ones I already have its weird never had this problem before. To be honest I had this problem too.
Nothing everybody else was saying was working but what eventually ended up working was loading the game, exiting then turning off the internet, re loading the game and then reconnecting the internet.
