I also noticed the monitor is recognized as a Generic PnP Monitor which doesn't sound to confident. So the game wouldn't adjust to the Hz Frame rate as provided by the monitor. The game only detects my old 60Hz monitor refresh rate. Now I just can't figure out if the Driver is the cause of the issue or if the Game is the cause of the issue. The game is running on quite old technology and regularly has technical problems.
